If the radio is to be shipped within Europe shipping is quoted on the Shop page. If you want it shipped outside Europe, email for a quotation. You will receive a quotation for shipping including packing and insurance. If you want to purchase the radio we will email a PayPal invoice including shipping. If the shipping cost is more than you are expecting we offer the option for you to arrange your own shipping at your own risk and with your own insurance. If you are arranging shipping we will still package the radio in the same way we would have if we were arranging shipping but you take all responsibility for the radio after it leaves our shop.


We are more than happy to get quotations for shipping anywhere in the world.


Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please note that these are vintage radios not new speaker systems. The size and number of the speakers that can be installed are limited by the size and original internal components of the vintage radio. Also, pictures on the Internet may not show all the blemishes and small damage normal for a radio of this age. Please ask for more pictures if you have any concerns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us to discuss possibilities for exhange or refund. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return a product because you are not satisfied or because of a change of mind, this is accepted provided the product is returned in it's original packaging and is unused and undamaged. You will be liable for return postage costs. The return address is as follows: Mr John Griffin, 26 Rue Louis Baisse, 34310, Capestang, France.

When returning any item, inside the box please include your contact information, the order number/date and the exact reason for the return. Please ensure that the radio is safely package and is fully sealed before shipping.

Please allow 5 business days for us to process your refund once we have received your returned item (if you have requested an exchange we will notify you within this period, once we have shipped the replacement).

If you have paid by PayPal, refunds will be within the 5 days mentioned above for processing the refund.
