My husband and I saw one of the radios from TSF at an AirBNB a few months ago and he was enthralled with it, and played with it immediately. I decided to surprise him with one as a Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it and set it up as soon as possible.
The radio was packaged with care and arrived from France to the United States very quickly with no damage at all. It was exactly as described and pictured on the website, and is beautiful. The radio came with a packet of information and instructions, and was pretty easy to set up. It plays beautifully and is a wonderful addition to our home.
I was in contact with the seller, Nicolas, many times with several questions, and he so nice, helpful and polite. He answered emails promptly and was a joy to work with.
My only issue was that the AC adapter we were given had some problems, but it was not a big deal and we replaced it with one we had lying around.
We LOVE the radio and would buy something from TSF again with total confidence!
