Refunds and returns

You can return a device that does not meet your expectations. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the device must not have been used and must be in its original condition. Proof of purchase must be included in the package.

Gift vouchers and spare parts cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In some cases, the refund may be only partial:

  • Damaged device or missing parts, if this is not due to an error on our part.
  • Any unit returned after the 14 day period following delivery.


Once your device has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt and approval or rejection of the claim.

If approved, your refund will be triggered via the payment method used for the purchase and you will be credited within a few days.

Devices on sale

Only devices purchased at normal price can be refunded, devices on sale can be exchanged but not refunded.


We will replace your device if it has a defect or is damaged and we are unable to arrange for its repair.


The device will have to be packed and sent back at your expense, preferably by a service ensuring the traceability of the package. We will also ask you to insure it for transport. Our devices are very fragile and we will not be able to refund you if they are delivered damaged, nor can we guarantee that it will arrive safely.
